(UNN) – Daily Combat Report: 81 Engagements with Pokrovsk Sector at the Forefront
Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian forces have recorded 81 combat engagements across various frontlines, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. These engagements involve Ukrainian defenders repelling Russian attacks in multiple sectors, including Kharkiv, Kupyansk, Lyman, and Kramatorsk.
In the Kharkiv sector, there have been two notable firefights near Vovchansk and Liptsy, with one battle still in progress. The Kupyansk sector has seen nine offensives by Russian forces targeting Hlushkivka, Stelmakhivka, and Synkivka, with five attacks still ongoing.
In the Lyman sector, Ukrainian defenders have faced 11 combat engagements. Russian forces have attempted to storm positions near Hrekivka, Makiivka, Nevske, Terny, Novosadove, and Torske. While ten battles have concluded, one is still active.
The Siverskyi sector saw Ukrainian forces successfully halt an enemy assault near Verkhnekamianske. In the Kramatorsk direction, there were eight firefights involving advances toward Hryhorivka, Kalynivka, Chasovyi Yar, Klishchiyivka, and Predtechyno, with three battles still ongoing.
In the Toretsk sector, Russian forces launched 15 attacks near Zalizne, Toretsk, Diliyivka, and Nelipivka. Ukrainian defenders repelled 14 of these attacks, with one still ongoing. Additionally, two air strikes were conducted on Dachne and Druzhba.
The Pokrovsk sector has experienced the highest level of activity, with 24 assault actions reported in areas including Vozdvyzhenka, Kalynove, Zelene Pole, Myroliubivka, Hrodivka, Mykolaivka, Ptyche, Novohrodivka, Zavitne, and Mykhailivka. Ukrainian forces have managed to repel 19 of these attacks, with five clashes still ongoing. The number of Russian losses in this sector is still being assessed.
